The apartment is on the third floor, all the rooms are face to the south, nice, sunshine, quiet and we have central heating so it keeps warm in winter time. The apartment is located on Mayor Square, right at the downstairs is the Luas stop (Mayor Square, red line) and it takes 15mins walk to the Spire and Henry Street. 10 minutes walk to Facebook inc, Energy Theatre. There are a Mark and Spencer, a Fresh supermarket, a Spar, pharmacy, restaurants, bars and everything you need around this property.
The apartment rent is as follows: 950 Euro every month. The internet and tv bill is 30 euro every month. And we pay electricity bill and gas bill every two month, its around 50 euro every two month.
